AGREEMENT

The purchaser will have 1 year to complete the training.

A passing score of 90% is needed to obtain your certificate. If you do not pass the first time, you will be allowed to retake the test(s).

The fee for the course also includes training one-on-one with a coach for one year to go over HTMA (hair tissue mineral analysis) and mineral balancing as long as you are using ARL (Analytical Research Lab) for hair testing and Endo-met labs for supplement programs. You must purchase Endo-met supplements directly from Endo-met Labs. If you are in a country where you cannot get Endo-met supplements, the one-on-one training will be $60.00 per 1/2 hour.

One-on-one hair chart reviews will be conducted by phone or zoom. We have found that teaching by email is not a good model for understanding mineral balancing science. Email is ok for basic questions.

Once the purchaser has signed into the training on kajabi (our training platform), no refunds shall be issued.

You will be asked to come up with supplement programs and interpret hair tests when your coach feels you are ready. Our goal is to empower you!

One-on-one instruction begins 10 days after certificate is received and ends one year after the start date per contractual terms.

After your training for 1 year, the fee will be $60.00 for 1/2 hour of one-on-one coaching time when needed.

Your training does not stop after you get your certificate. We will be offering group training for a small fee and other practitioner training.

To be listed on Global Nutritional Healing (GNH) website: Requirements are: 1) use ARL (Analytical Research Labs) for ALL hair tests 2) use Endo-met Labs for supplement programs (if you are in a country that Endo-met does not deliver to, this may not apply).

I understand that the unauthorized sharing or distribution of course materials is a violation of academic integrity and can result in serious consequences, including but not limited to failure of the course and disciplinary action.

As a student enrolled in this course, I understand that all course materials, including but not limited to assignments, booklets, newsletters, notes, exams, and any other materials provided by the instructor of the institution, are the intellectual property of the instructor and Global Nutritional Healing (aka GNH). I agree that I will not share or distribute these materials to anyone.

We are not medical doctors (some of you may be) and are not giving any medical advice. We are not diagnosing, curing or treating any medical conditions. The advice we are giving is purely educational. It is up to each practitioner to make sure he or she is operating legally.

I understand that mineral balancing is a means to reduce stress and balance body chemistry. It is not intended as diagnosis, treatment or prescription for any condition or disease.
